In principle, the Revell Aqua Color paints can be diluted with water to make them sprayable. However, dilution with Aqua Color Mix has two advantages:On the one hand, the drying of the paint is delayed: this prevents the paint from drying too quickly in the spray gun and on the substrate.On the other hand, this thinner also optimizes the spraying results on the model. Especially when using matt and semi-matt shades, Aqua Color Mix reduces the unwanted edge alignment when applying paint. Recommended mixing ratio: 3-4 parts color to 1 part Aqua Color Mix. Since the mixing ratio is highly dependent on the spray gun used and the working pressure of the compressor, please dilute less and test the paint. If the spray gun spits or the paint dries too quickly on the model (rough surface), simply dilute a little more. Not appropriate for children under the age of 10 years.
